Before making a purchase of ROTUNDA products carefully read this body of legal TERMS AND CONDITIONS that will be deemed as valid conditions of the purchase you make. If you do not understand in whole or in part the present TERMS AND CONDITIONS, consult the scope via e-mail or to your trusted legal advisor. If you do not agree with the above TERMS AND CONDITIONS, we suggest you refrain from buying, not making the purchase.

Once the purchase is made, the acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed in this site will be deemed understood and validated.

In case that for any reason continue with the purchase process to all effects will be deemed accepted these TERMS and CONDITIONS by the mere fact of making the purchase.

The TERMS AND CONDITIONS may verify variations that from time to time ROTUNDA may modify and/or adjust, establishing the new conditions in the website. The conditions that will govern the purchase of the Client shall be those in effect at the date of purchase.

We ship worldwide.

Please allow ROTUNDA up to 3 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped and also receive a FedEx tracking number. Internationally we ship using FedEx (Delivery between 5 to 30 days depending on country). If you need your order quickly, please message us for a quote for expedited shipping.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Once an order has been shipped and email received, ROTUNDA is no longer responsible for goods shipped.

Shipping in Uruguay is made by Agencia Central (DAC) or other transport company. From the time the purchase is confirmed until it arrives at the corresponding address, it can take 3 bussines days.

PRICE AND SHIPPING POLICY. The sale prices of ROTUNDA products are established in US dollars, although they may be established in another legal tender currency, provided that it is expressed in letters or legal distinctive signs. The prices are final.

The prices of the products offered and/or displayed on the website may check variations without notice or notification.

The cost of delivery is not included in the price in any case and will result in an additional cost at the exclusive expense of the Customer that must be agreed with the delivery company of your choice.

Deliveries within Uruguay are made through Central Agency ("DAC") or other transport company that applies. The transportation costs will be those of the transport company that is chosen at the time of purchase. ROTUNDA is not responsible for the risk or the time of transport. Indicatively from the confirmation of the purchase, ROTUNDA will be able to have three working days for the delivery of the purchase.

ROTUNDA is not responsible for the legal regulations in each country, nor for the costs, tariffs, nor tax and customs requirements of each country. Our international Customers are responsible for such requirements and costs, as well as the times, risks or delays that may arise. The retentions and or commissions and any similar situation in the respective customs is the responsibility and at the risk of each Purchasing Client, not generating, such situation, any obligation or duty to refund the purchase price.

ROTUNDA does not accept returns (defective products only). ROTUNDA accepts changes only within the twenty calendar days from the date of purchase. Products received as of the end of the previous term will not be accepted. Neither will be accepted changes of products that have any sign of use or that do not contain the labels and original packaging.

ROTUNDA does not guarantee the availability of merchandise and/or product for change. If the product to replace the change is not available for any reason, the Customer will be able to choose any product of ROTUNDA that coincides with the value, or paying the difference of a higher price. In no case will ROTUNDA refund the price received of the merchandise purchased.

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE. To proceed with the change of a product, please contact via e-mail to shop@rotundastore.com with the details of your purchase and the reason for the change. The invoice must be sent with the product. Within forty-eight hours, the purchase and quality control of the returned product will be carried out, the availability of stock and, once approved; the Customer will receive the new product.

Some of our products are handcrafted, that is why you can find minor flaws or variations on natural materials such as leather or wool. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.

ROTUNDA is committed to putting its best efforts to sell only high quality garments; that is why our products go through numerous quality controls before they are delivered. In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, notify us by email to shop@rotundastore.com within 3 days after receipt of the product, to evaluate the change or return of the money.

STOCK. ROTUNDA does not guarantee or assure to have stock of products offered for sale at all times, being able to exhaust the availability of the product or the size or required size. In such cases, ROTUNDA may announce on the website an out of stock signal, not giving the option to purchase.

The price will only be refunded if it has been actually received, or if not, the purchase will be canceled if it was made by credit card, if for any reason after the purchase by the Customer, there was no stock available from the product being purchased or delivery is not possible, which ROTUNDA will communicate at the latest within forty-eight hours after the date of purchase, or will automatically proceed to its electronic cancellation.
